Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your trust and aim to provide the best swim instruction for your child. The following refund and cancellation policy applies to all private, 1:1 swim lesson registrations:

Cancellations by the Parent

• If you cancel a lesson 24 hours or more before the scheduled time, you may reschedule or receive a lesson credit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, except in cases of documented medical emergency.

Missed Lessons

No-shows or missed lessons without notice are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Cancellations by Little Stars Infant Aquatics LLC

If we must cancel a lesson due to pool closure, weather, instructor illness, or other unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full credit for the cancelled lesson.

Refunds

• Full refunds are only available for cancellations made prior to the first lesson in a package. The $111 registration fee ($55 for a second sibling) is non-refundable.
• If your child begins the program and you decide to withdraw after the first day for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund of the program tuition, due to the time that was reserved exclusively for your child.
• If your child has attended half the program and you then decide to withdraw, there will be no refund.
• Exceptions may be made in documented cases of medical emergency.
