We value your trust and aim to provide the best swim instruction for your child. The following refund and cancellation policy applies to all private, 1:1 swim lesson registrations:

Cancellations by the Parent

• If you cancel a lesson 48 hours or more before the scheduled time, you may reschedule or receive a lesson credit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, except in cases of documented medical emergency.

Missed Lessons

• No-shows or missed lessons without notice are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Cancellations by Little Stars Infant Aquatics LLC

• If we must cancel a lesson due to pool closure, weather, instructor illness, or other unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full credit for the cancelled lesson.

Refunds

• Full refunds are only available for cancellations made prior to the first lesson in a package.
• After lessons have begun, fees are non-refundable except in documented cases of medical emergency.
